![]() | Bruce was purchased with money from the startup fund from FSU research foundation, which was provided for Dr. Wei Yang. The projects being carried on Bruce are targeted at the development and application of multi-spectrum atomistic simulation algorithms to resolve the challenging biomolecular mysteries, such as DNA repair, immunological recognition and enzymatic reactions. As one of the development groups of the major biomolecular simulation program CHARMM, the algorithms developed, implemented and tested in Bruce will serve the public through each release of CHARMM.
